Um, I think you heard wrong. Denham springs already has Juban Crossing. Which is why the Denham Springs police were tasked with being at the shopping center vs. the Sheriffs office when there were rumors of BLM protest.

Also, when Juban was built the Denham Springs sewerage district did a 19 million dollar expansion to their treatment facility to cover Juban.
Good luck if Walker thinks they are going to just walk in and take over.
