to turn it into a "memorial". I feel horrible for the folks involved and the survivors but I would be pissed as a taxpayer. Who is going to visit this place in a few years? Have they lost their minds? How about a roadside plaque instead?

Orlando had plenty of shite properties that go for less than that. Is it necessary to build it at the exact spot the shooting occurred?
