Chumlee arrested on gun and drug charges

Chumlee was taken into custody and booked for drug and weapon possession. We're told the sexual assault is still under investigation.

That's kind of bullshite. Did they have a warrant...and if so, why was the warrant for drugs and weapons when they are investigating a sexual assault?

I'll never understand how a (presumably) lawfully owned gun suddenly becomes a charge when it's found in the presence of drugs.
