I met Bono in the arena during the Superbowl in NOLA in 01. Worked the NFL party, the talent got ready in the arena.
His entourage came ahead of him and forced us to put cameras away because "Bono has sensitive eyes and can't be exposed to camera flashes."
Now let's not discuss the fact that he spends the majority of his year onstage in the face of flashing high intensity spotlights.
