Was like a bad sinus infection for me. Was back to normal in 3-5 days.

But....what if you didn't survive? Should they check in as well?

Is a sinus infection a sign of a Covid infection now?

I had a really bad chest cold in February that fit all of the known (at the time) symptoms of Covid. The sinus infection that followed immediately after was why I thought I had some other bug and not Covid.

Girlfriend had it early on. I played nurse for a week or two. She said it was like the flu...took regular medicine and slept it off. I never got it and we live in the same house together 23.5 hours a day (wfh pre-COVID).

That’s all I got.

As opposed to those who didn’t survive? I don’t think they will be checking in.

We've all had it my house. My wife probably had the worst symptoms which were like a mild flu for 2 days. It was like a cold to me other than losing taste for a few days.

My in laws are in their 70s and just getting over it. Both are in poor health but didn't need to go to the hospital or anything.

Over the summer I had what felt like bad allergies for a week but along with those symptoms I lost my taste for two weeks. Apparently the loss of taste is a good sign of COVID. I never got tested but I suspect I had it.

IN....mine was a moderate to mildy severe case of the flu. The worst thing for me was fatigue for about 48 hrs. I took my Christmas tree to the road when I had it and thought I was gonna die

From the day I started showing symptoms I was back to normal in 4 days. I did do the Trump monoclonal antibodies cocktail at the recommendation of my doctor.....they also gave me some dexamethasone that made me feel like a million bucks. I can certainly understand the use of steroids now. I literally felt like I could have went to the gym and beat my heaviest lifts (from my college days 20+ yrs ago) right then and there.

They vote, so I don't see why they can't also check in.

Anyways... had it in late October.

104 degree fever for a couple days, completely lost my appetite and just generally felt like crap. After about a week, I felt fine.

Wife never got it, despite playing nurse. Kids never go it... because they treated me like I had cooties.

I was asymptomatic. No loss of smell or taste or anything. Had to quarantine for 7 days but was back up and running like nothing after

Halloween night, started feeling really cold, to the point I was shivering. Checked my temp and it was 102.9. Woke up Sunday morning drenched in sweat.

After that, I had no other symptoms. I got tested for covid the following Wednesday since my dad and mom were getting tested. Us and my brother all tested positive.

I was bored having to be in quarantine when I felt perfectly fine. My brother has fatty liver disease and he’s skinnier than me now, and he had no symptoms. Mom felt puny for a couple of days.
It hit my dad harder, he lost his taste and ran a mild fever for about 4 days straight.

Just got over it. Kicked me down pretty hard for 3-4 days then lingering symptoms for 2 days. I’m a relatively healthy guy and it messed me up for the first few days.
