Saw on the news yesterday a charity was giving gifts to a woman who said she hasn't worked in over a year, but the woman was carrying around an iPhone and a iPad. I can understand needing a phone but not working in over a year how can you afford paying for a data plan for a iPad but can't buy gifts for your kids?

They bring those gifts straight to Walmart and exchange them for gift cards they use to buy cigarettes and alcohol.

Don't know then

I don't give money to charities so I don't care what they buy

I am all for doing for those in need but don't abuse the trust.

I say we put all the poor people to work in the oilfield for free so we can compete with the Saudis
