One of the talking heads just said that for this particular charge, her testimony is all that is necessary and there does not need to be any other evidence.

I was using it as an example...but specifically she said she was stressed and he offered her 3 "herbal pills" that he said would help her relax.
She asked if all 3 were necessary and he told her yes.

There were multiple red flags screaming at her to gtfo. Her poor judgment opened the door, allowing a sexual predator to allegedly violate her.
It is my opinion that he did as she said but she had multiple opportunities to have reason prevail and avoid being the target of some unwanted lovin.

Maybe so? But he still should be held accountable for rape if it happened. Just because a murder victim should have gotten out of the sketchy neighborhood doesn't mean the defendant should be prosecuted.

After looking at that picture I think he did not fondle her. He was merely looking for his car keys in her hair.
Also, I am not going to read the lawsuit. It is one sided and prejudged from the plaintiff point of view. I will read his and her depositions when they come out. That will be the meat of this case. It is also the reason for these charges.
He apparently admitted something and the deposition was made public in July. The DA said they got new info in July that made filing charges prudent.

I am never a proponent of blaming the victim. I do feel she was the victim. I am merely stating that there were multiple red flags telling her to run like a scalded monkey.
Maybe pointing it out here will help save the next victim. Public service and whatnot.
