States Attorney has a look of "frick yeah"
One of the cops is being charged with 2nd degree murder, all of them have multiple charges of at least involuntary manslaughter or assault

What did I miss? They broke a rule and failed to put the prisoner in a seatbelt but never said that any injuries occurred because he was not seat belted? They appear to have failed to get medical care in a timely manner but what is the rest of the story?

To start she said he was wrongly arrested, then it escalates into they didn't properly strap him down in the van...there are some false imprisonment charges thrown in there
