Same here. Just calling a spade a spade. Proof is in the pudding.

Love their laptops but don't like their phones.

I'll switch to something else when someone can tell me something their phone can do that mine can't that I give a shite about

ETA: I really don't give a shite about my phone compared to most of you that post in these threads

Same here, I believe Apple should do 2 sizes, one just like the 5, and one that is about the size of an S4 or 5. That way the "Isheep" could have a larger screen, if they wanted one. I believe that is most anti-Iphone people's complaint.

I personally have the Note 3 now and I'm happy with it, and have had several Verizon DROIDs and was happy with them too.

I agree for the most part but being grandfathered in with the data plan, product familiarity and how much I have invested in itunes plays a large factor.

I agree

I don't understand why people are so up in arms about what phones people use and for what reasons

the same 'loyalty' exists in everything: vehicles, food, clothes, etc.... why doesn't everyone bitch and complain about that?

When I was finally getting to move up to a smart phone last summer I researched phones pretty extensively. I wanted to get a Galaxy S4 Active, but the AT&T store had a sale on the iphone 4 that let me get that for free with my upgrade. I am really glad I did. I love my iphone with the exception of a few quirks (it's awkward for trying to hold in place with just my shoulder and I often accidentally press buttons (mute, hold, keypad, ect) while talking on it). I may consider an android for my next phone, but it will have to be pretty remarkable to convince me to switch.

However, on the computer front, I am a PC due to the customization ability and the huge difference in power relative to cost. However, I would be open to getting a powerhouse PC desktop and possibly an apple tablet to get the best of both worlds.

For my MBPro on the other hand, I don't care how much I over paid for it, I'll never (in the foreseeable future) own another shitty PC.

I bought a pc recently. Best one I've ever owned. In 6 years, when your MacBook Pro is outdated hardware wise, you'll shell out another 1600 for one. I'll just upgrade the ram and processor in my pc and spend $600 max. It's pricey because it's easy to use and that's all

See, I don't find macs easy to use. There's always little quirks and compatibility problems with everything. Sue to Macs being so "user friendly", it's very hard to adjust settings to fix these kinds of issues.

If iPhone doesn't have a bigger screen by this October when my upgrade comes, I'm switching.

I got a g2, but really considered the 5c. One thing I like was the g2 camera, which took some great pics with. Also, more storage room and processor speed than the iPhone.

I've had nothing but iPhones for the previous 4-5 years. Saw the commercial for the HTC One and thought it looked pretty legit. Went to the store and checked it out for a few minutes and decided to give it a shot. Outside of a few small differences (personal settings options, keyboard, ect.) it's pretty much just as good as the iPhone. Really isn't that different once you use it for a couple days

I can see why people want to stick with 1 brand tho, you already know how it works and are familiar with the overall layout. But after a few days of using a different brand you realize it isn't that much different.

The only main thing that I like that the iPhone has,or Apple as a whole, is iTunes.
