Causeway toll is a cluster

Southbound toll is waaay backed up. Sitting 30min between light and the over pass.

Per the alert system, causeway was closed briefly to pick up fog cones and signs. Open now but Southbound is 45 mph and one lane only.

So far I've seen 3 wrecks. I-10 in Metairie involving a motorcycle, 2 on hwy90 both cars ran off the road into the woods. 90 eastbound is closed

It seems like there has been a recent spike of accidents on the Southbound side. The craziest one was the guy who shot himself while driving after he rolled through the toll booth without paying.
