not true. know of a similar situation. DA left it up to the victim. victim said hell no. the defendent then offered to pay the victim 10 G's if he let the DA reduce the charge. didn't want the felony on his record.

He also ain't the type to leave early to beat traffic. Ol' Baw planned on being there the entire day. True fan...prob sits in the 600s if he ever makes it in the stadium.
