I mean, this girl in the OP is complete trash but there's got to be an in-between here. I turned 14 my freshman year of high school. What you just described is what my friend's toddler likes. I feel like being all about princesses/puppies and sleeping with my parents might have been a bit weird at 14
14 is the age of girl friends.. Laying out in the yard tanning, going shopping with your friends, watching Laguna Beach on TV every Monday, having crushes on sophomore boys, etc.

Yeah, my oldest daughter was that way. Very mature. My youngest actually won't turn 14 until late September, when she will be a Freshman in HS. She's the opposite and has that Peter Pan syndrome thing going. She's just a great, great little human.
