Try uptown auto specialist next to cooter browns. He's a BMW guy and seemingly nice person when I spoke with him about an AC problem.
There is also a BMW specialist in harahan by Hillbilly BBQ who has a decent reputation.
Greff is also an option if you got $$$.

I'm convinced that the A\C issues are because she has been broad sided twice in the last year pretty badly. It has held up and after the repairs you can't tell. She loves it, it's a great car for commuting or day trips. We paid like 17k, it's hard to beat that.
