So Much Silliness

quote:

But the Toronto Newsgirls boxing club isn’t afraid retaliation, online or off. They’re pledging to find the meeting spot and show up in full force, gloves and all.
“Pictures will show up online of women wearing boxing gloves, and blah, blah, blah,” Howe said. “The photos of us will show women that being powerful is an option.
“And I think that’s what needs to happen against this d*****bag.”

Ok, in case you have no half-literate feminist friends who have trouble discerning satire from an actual opinion, Return of the Kings -- a men's rights advocate/pickup artist/he-man woman haters blog -- is having an overly elaborate worldwide meetup day. They have secret code words and everything. It's happening in 100+ cities worldwide.

Well, rather than just go, "Oh well," like sane people would do. Feminists have gone ape shite because they honestly believe that after the meetup these men are going on a rape rampage across the world.

Why do they believe this?

Because the founder of Return of the Kings wrote a satirical piece a year ago advocating the legalization of rape on private property in order to lampoon the affirmative consent laws. Anyone with half a brain understands this was tongue in cheek, but I don't think feminists know how to read, much less read between the lines.

Original Blog If You Want to Read It

So, now, they're going to go pick a fight with a bunch of men while wearing pillows on their hands.

I have no problem with them protestingthis group. 1st Amendment and all that.

Especially since this group thinks rape should be legalized.

Yeah, I don't think this "group" thinks that.

Wait so they're literally going to fight men while wearing boxing gloves?

This is even better because SJWs now advocate snapping your fingers or waving your hands to show approval rather than clapping. Because clapping is scurrrry.

It's actually all over the world.

Here's Louisiana.

The point is, they are meeting in public to go to a private setting and hang out. You can't follow someone to a private space and call it protesting. That's harassment, right?

Gloves are to protect the person you're hitting, FWIW.

ETA: well, partly to protect your hands, too, but mostly the other guy.

I know. That's what makes it silly. If you want to do damage, you hit them barehanded (not wearing pillows on your hands), but I don't think these ladies understand that.

ETA: And it's really hard to pull someone's hair with gloves, and in my experience, that's the go-to move for women who like to fight.
