Wouldn't this only work if everybody else was in on the experiment?

And if these 2 were born in '86, how would they know how great it was?

If you want to lay off of the internet and mobile communications, great. I get that. Sometimes I wish I could b/c modern lifestyle can be extremely fricking complicated. But going full retard won't bring you happiness.

It depresses me that things like this get to make rounds on the internet. I wish they would just go totally ignored

Well shag carpet was still the norm at that time.

They really hit popularity in the 70's but it was still common to see hold-overs until really the late 80's.

You would run across some shaved back then but it was rare.

I'm almost 26 and was born in 1988, if these two are in their late 20's how the hell do they remember what life was like in 1986?

That's about right because they're 17 years younger than me, and look at least 5-6 years older.

I like to think I remember the 80s pretty well. I don't recall people being so prematurely old looking.

The only place I have actually seen a shag carpet was elvis' house in Graceland. I don't have much experience to go off on

I turned 16 that year and don't recall seeing anyone wearing polo shirts like that back then. This logo on the other hand is what I remember seeing all the preppy kids wearing...
