Canadian Bro makes $250M of counterfeit USD. Only pays $1500 fine

Here's tip, if you want to print fake US dollars, do it in freakin Canada!
Canadian citizen, Frank Bourassa prints $250M of counterfeit $20 bills. He managed to sell $50M of the fake bills before getting caught.
Once caught he:
Hands over the rest of the fake money
Turns in his printing press
Pays $1500 fine to Canadian authorities.
He could have faced a stiffer sentence but his lawyer helped him on a technicality

He had some serious hardware
