Having vinyl put on the backside of my house. Wondering if I can paint the interior. Painting the interior of the wood windows on the front of the house.

Every vinyl window I've seen has one pane of glass which covers the fake lights so you can't even access them. You can maybe paint the perimeter, but that would look like crap with the lights being a different flavor.

You talking about the muntins being a different color than the frame? I didn't think of that.

If I did want to paint them though, the paint would hold, wouldn't it?

Probably have to rough up the vinyl some to get the paint to hold.

Yes you can, I painted mine.
Prime the frames with Zinsser Bullseye 123, finish with 100% acrylic latex paint. Don't skimp, use a quality paint. And don't sand or rough up the vinyl, unless you want a crappy finish.

I wasn't sure if you could myself. So a quick google search says you can but for every article post I saw that said you could they also said you would void the manufacturer's warranty. So there's that...

You could possibly void the warranty, so you should check with the company and see.

They give you a variety of flavors to chose from if you haven't had them installed.
