Yes but its highly unlikely because to get him recalled, someone would need to start a recall petition and would have to get 1/3 of all registered voters in Orleans Parish to sign it. I had seen a while back that the parish has somewhere around 260k registered voters, so they'd have to get nearly 90k signatures and have 180 days to do it. Considering the voting demographic in OP in heavily Dem, a recall isn't going to happen.
