Can I secede my property and create my own country?

I am not sure at all, but I would guess that if you own land in a country, that land is annexed as part of that country. I think you can buy an Island, I am not sure if they are part of any country.. If not, that's an option. You could possibly buy an aircraft carrier type ship.. Go out in the middle of the ocean and claim that the ship is your own nation..

Sure you could. But unless you have a standing army you could also be invaded by a neighbor and have your property forcibly taken with no protections from US Gov.

You can also do away with any compliance to laws not created by you and roam about as you please. You just have to read the secret laws within this nation that tell you how you're not to obey those laws. Just look up being an Article 4 Free Inhabitant
