It is pretty bad in PVille. Started about 9 and hasn't stopped. I just feel like they could have started at 7 and got the same out of it.

I've lived everywhere from the suburb to shitty LSU college apartments to mid city Houston ones to my current house i own 2 miles from the Tx capitol in downtown Austin.
