Calling OT lawyers/litigators

Long story short:
I was in a wreck 5 days ago. This chick was on a cell phone and blew through a stop sign and T-boned me. My (fortunately a rental) car got messed up. She was sobbing and admitted 100% liability. The cop wrote up the report as such. Since then, my shoulder has been acting up. Weakness, constant dull pain and tingling in fingers occasionally.
I went to the hospital about 2 hours after It happened, X-rays were negative. I probably need an MRI, and it actually feels worse today than when the wreck occurred.
Should I seek bodily injury reparations or something? I can't exercise, nor use my arm as I normally would. I'm not litigious and wasn't raised to be that kind of person, but the fact still remains that I have a legit injury from a wreck.

You answered your questions, this is why insurance exists, if you have a legit injury insurance needs to cover it
if insurance is being an a-hole about covering it, then you need to talk to an attorney

I'll give you some advice but I'm busy right now.
I'll be back.
I'll be back.

Do you have "full" coverage on your vehicle? It's transferred over to your rental.
Most "full" coverages include medical payments, which are not subject to your deductible. And, you can't be rated for claims for that.
What is the chick's insurance company? Is it reputable? What kind of coverage did she have?
Save your receipts, contact her company, and the company should work with you. Go that route first, and if unsuccessful, contact a litigator.

I'll say it plainly:
1. Go see a doctor and complain of your ailments on record, but make sure you ALWAYS also complain of headaches.
2. Go see a lawyer immediately and follow his guidance.
3. In a year or even less, I can guarantee you several thousand dollars.

If it's your fapping arm you could sue for loss of consortium and damage to your sex life

I'd be the guy you/your lawyer would deal with to settle your claim. Based on your post, sounds like you have a legit bodily injury claim to present. We settle BI claims with claimants with and without attorneys everyday. Just depends on how comfortable you are with dealing with insurance companies and how much trust you have in them. I understand many have no trust in us. It doesn't change our handling, usually just prolongs settlement.

Should I seek bodily injury reparations
are you black?

Go see an orthopedist. If he thinks you need an MRI, get one. Get treated until you get better, then consider making a claim.

Lol just go see a lawyer

Gets good look at your spine. If you have a bulging disk this could be a life changer. If you don't and you just have a soft tissue injury you will probably heal up fine. I would talk to a lawyer you know and not get one of the billboard. Those guys deal in volume and settle cheap.

Could just be Carpal Tunnel from all the time you spend typing on the OT?

I would sue. Irregular ejaculation cycles cause prostate cancer. If you can't Jack it, then you are putting yourself in danger.

You'll get something out of it. Back in 08, I had a 96 prelude. It was paid off of course so I carried, liability with uninsured motors insurance. Short story I was rear ended, went to the hospital, everything was fine. I told the insurance company that I in fact went, they cut me a $500 check for pain and suffering lol.
(Guy who hit me had no insurance, got a check from my insurance again, then made the guy pay out of pocket for the rest of what the vehicle was appraised at)
All this with no police report (California doesn't do police reports on crashes unless medical services are required)

This may have been stated but filing an injury claim doesn't mean you're suing someone.
