Cadillac hasn't built a competitor for them until now. No one cross shopped any Japanese car with the large sedans from Mercedes or Audi until Lexus started building the LS. Now they do.
I'm very impressed with Cadillac's products....particularly the V series models. It may take a couple of generations of this new large car to really disrupt the market, but they are probably the only American brand that could do it.
