I do it 4-5 times a week. Couple during happy hour, usually Saturday and home from the bar after the 1:00 NFL games on Sunday

I've been flat out shitfaced and on xanax as well.

Buzzed driving is buzzed driving unless you get too buzzed then it's drunk driving. That's why there's a legal limit on BAC.

I know I will catch a lot of flak for this but, if I have 3-4 beers at dinner or 2-3 whiskey drinks, I would probably be teetering on the .08 line. But most of us here who drink enough responsibly know that you are okay enough to get yourself home if you aren't making a long drive back. Sorry it's simply too inconvenient to call an uber/cab/friend to pick me up for just having a couple beers because I might be slightly "buzzed".

Seriously I have cut way back and don't drive after more than a couple now adays, but in college
it's a miracle I don't have one of those breathalyzer interlocks in my vehicles.
