Brooks Brothers has the 4 shirts for $199 deal going on right now. BB is my go to shirts.
Nordstrom's brand makes nice dress shirts as well and they're always cheap and on sale.

I just go to Last Call, Nordstroms Rack, Saks Off 5th and Dillard's when they have their semi annual sale. I have 50 to 60 dress shirts and only wear the same shirt a couple of times a month maybe.
Some of the shirts at men's warehouse are not bad either. I have some Brooks Brothers shirts I like also.
