Busy day for LEO in Baton Rouge?

Was making sales calls today and dealt with the EBRSO blocking off Essen in front of OLOL. What was going on?

Also, earlier in the day, I was way down airline, passed Greenwell Springs road and saw a ton of cops at the Salvation Army dealing with a man who was laying in the middle of the parking lot. I initially thought he was shot and figured all hell was goin to break loose. I passed back by a little while later and saw the man being loaded into an ambulance while sitting up on a stretcher. These cops were obviously helping the man so it won't be on the news.

Anyone know anything?
