Someone please explain to me how this adds up. I get that these things are hard to stop because they happen at random locations but these don’t make sense.
I drive through there today, significant damage to the roadway too. How on earth are people not being dragged to jail. No f’ing wonder this keep happening. Just beat the cop car and damage it then they’ll give one ticket and leave the hoodlums alone to finish doing donuts in the road.
Someone please explain to me how this adds up. I get that these things are hard to stop because they happen at random locations but these don’t make sense.

So the city harasses me about "an incomplete stop" I supposedly made 6 months ago on Coursey but they can't go after or prosecute these people for this?
