BRPD Searching For White Male Believed To Have Randomly Shot and Killed Two Black Men

On a serious note, I hope they catch this piece of shite ASAP. Nobody in this city should be living in fear of being killed, white, black or otherwise.

My guess is cameras. That one on Acadian near Florida had to have some cameras around. They probably matched ballistics to the one last night.
