I can halfway imagine the difficulties of running a police department in the social media age...when your officers can share or leak out little info nuggets here or there to whomever.

But if there's any chief I could have less confidence in than Murphy Paul, then show them to me.

Serious question. What would it take to investigate Paul and the whole police department?

There was the situation where he let police back on the job pretty much because they were in the same fraternity (I forgot what they did, but it wasn't anything minor). I can't think of everything, but it seems like there are several little things. Why have so many officers quit under him?
