Anyone know how long it takes the parade before it gets to the Perkins overpass area?

I went for the first time last year.. gahhhhh did they have some Ascension and LP trash out there. Shiiiiii mayn. It's like an outdoor Texas Club in green.

Anyone know about what time the road will be back open? Supposed to go meet friends at Perkins/blouin but need to get out at about 1 or 130. Will I be okay to get out by then? Never Been before. Thanks
