It appears to be that way. Watch out driving around the skreets. Head on a swivel especially if you see mustangs, chargers, challengers camaros, and Nissans.

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Monroe Police Department arrested Jaylen Webster as a suspect in a Monroe gas station shooting on March 29 that hurt two people.
MPD says Webster is currently on bond for attempted second-degree murder through the Fourth Judicial District Court and has a previous arrest for illegal use of a dangerous weapon and resisting an officer in East Carroll Parish.
During MPD’s investigation into the shooting, detectives identified the suspect’s vehicle and located it at a nearby Wendy’s. When talking to the owner of the vehicle, detectives learned that Webster had the car for the entire day and dropped the vehicle off at the restaurant then left on foot.
According to documents, officers located Webster at Kingsway Apartments and attempted to make an arrest. Officers say the door to the apartment was open when they arrived. They said after calling Webster, they found him trying to escape from a rear window. They say Webster had an AR-15 and a handgun.
The documents state officers said Webster saw the officers, then hid inside the apartment and refused to come out. MPD SWAT was called to the scene where they were able to get Webster to come out.
Webster was arrested for two counts of attempted second-degree murder and resisting an officer.
