What he did was wrong, if I were in the woman's shoes I'm not sure if I'd wanna press charges. not out of fear but knowing I could frick this persons life up

The posters unaware of these laws may need to get up to speed. You can be charged with a crime for simply texting person's nudes to a friend without permission. All they have to prove is it's them in the pic, they didn't give permission, and you were trying to harass/embarrass them(like sending nudes to an ex's boss or family).
