BRPD turns down alot of good applicants for the police academy b/c of not so average credit and/or they came short on the mile run by 1 min. But they hire and employee folks like this....

He says at work so he could mean either, but if he's talking about his coworkers whom he would call if his arse is on the line, then he's really dumb.
It's one thing to have a slight prejudice or even hatred towards blacks who commit crime, but when you're hating people who are in your shoes just because they're black you're just ignorant and racist.

The same thing exact thing happened with one of the local police officers where I live, but it was toward Mexicans. He was not fired, he just transferred to the Sheriffs department...
