BR 10 & Under Tennis

Would like my kid to start taking tennis lessons and read that there is a big movement now in teaching young kids tennis with smaller rackets/courts and different size balls depending on the age of the kid through the new 10 & Under Tennis initiative. I understand that many pros who have taught for years are sticking to the old way of teaching kids tennis as they simply don't want to change their methods. Anyone have any recommendations for pros in town who have implemented the new 10 & Under tennis teaching?
