The Tet Offensive of school bomb threats

Have to wait and see who the suspects are, if Phone calls get traced back, etc..

If some terrorist group wanted to pull off a real bombing though,I think they would first flood the area with fake bomb calls,from throw away phones.

Responses would become slow and half arse.

Not really like a terrorist calling in a bomb threat, but like a concerned citizen that has seen something suspicious,that looks like a bomb,or suspicious activity.
