Best Waterproof Speakers

I'm going to float the Frio River next weekend and I'm trying to find some 100% waterproof speakers that have great sound.
Price isn't an issue so just give me the best one's ya'll have found. I'm looking for something that can rest inside of a tube or that can be tied on top of one.
