I don't think there are many situations where one can wear a driving shoe with a suit.

i bet there are some stupid dressing mofo's in this thread. Most "slim fit" these days fit closer to how a suit is supposed to fit. Grab a standard fit and look like a boxtard. fatties...

You can't be "a little gay"

i'm a skinny guy. i can't even wear bootcut size 31's because they are so loose they will fall off my butt. i wore nothing but boot cut and boots for years, but when i lost a lot weight the style wouldn't fit me any more. that an my wife threw them out behind my back.

regular size 30-32 suit pants make me look like a kid wearing his dad's suit. and i wear slim, not to be confused with skinny.

This is how a suit should fit. This would be considered a "slim fit" off that rack.
suits are intended to show and flatter your silhouette. If you are not you are fat or very misinformed

Good, your suits would be considered Skinny if you bought them off the rack like that. So you are even "gayer" than slim i guess

ETA: I dont think your gay. I dont think people realize a suit that fits you correctly(tailored or custom), is actually considered a slim or skinny if bought off the rack

When I read this thread, I wondered "Doesn't anyone have their suits tailored any more?" No decent suit place would let someone leave in a suit that fit like the one in the "regular fit" picture.

If you're buying an off the rack suit labeled "regular" or "traditional" fit, you're either a larger individual or your suit looks like you have on bootcut pants and a flare of fabric under your arms and on your sides. That's not the way to do it.

No. The way to do it is to have the suit tailored to fit you. Damn...

Well of course you're going to get a suit tailored. I was debunking the whole "lol gay!" comments, and i realize that many of the posters here became LSU fans and migrated to this board after they found a t-shirt at Walmart following the championship in 2003, so tailoring is not going to happen.
