I have an old 82nd buddy that's still doing the Triple Canopy thing here in the 'Stan. I fell into a contracting job in the intel field (I was an 11B) after I was med-retired. Figured I'd already been shot at and blown up so I thought I'd try something different. The money was also much better so that helped.
I'm a FOBBIT now so every time I see some guys getting ready to roll out the gate I want to run up and see if they'll let me man gunner's hatch.
