Best public beach in Panama City/Destin Area

what are the best public beaches in either of those cities? This may have been asked before, or that could've been another board.

theres one in Miramar beach. on the old beach road just west of the sandestin outlets

Rented a condo, but I want to go down a day early. Not super picky. Just clean and not deserted.

Dune Allen beach on 30A is pretty decent. Nice access with a bathroom. Not a ton of people, but not deserted either.
You should just go buy a raft and go to crab island.
