Stimulant:
Ritual by ANS Performance. Used to use Assault but I like Ritual better because it has a much better profile and has everything Assault had in it plus more.
C4 is pretty good.
Anarchy my MuscleTech has been pretty good as well.
Non stimulant:
Hemoval by Iforce
Everything really depends in how tolerant you are of caffeine. Im not a big fan of it so what I listed isnt overloaded with caffeine. One person above mentioned N'Sane which is a nutrishop product. Pretty sure it has over 400mg of caffeine which to me is just stupid. My head would be pounding if I took that shite.

Dont stick to just one, because your body will become use to it. Get multiple and switch it up.

First of all, this isn't a workout thread. It's a supplement thread. Which we probably have more of than actual workout threads. I just find that hilarious.

But really this. If you haven't worked out in 10+ years, go without it. You'll get hooked and after a few months it will be the same as drinking a lot of water.
My go to is C4, and I have to take it (because I'm hooked). But I work out with people who have taken pre-workout for years, and have gotten off of it and they would say to just stay hydrated 24/7.
