Want to order some flowers for the Mrs and have them delivered to work. It's her first week back after maternity leave and she letting me take a trip down to Gainesville for the game. Seems like a decent time to send some flowers. Am I best going to a local florist and ordering them. Or ordering them through one of the flower websites that come up when you google it?

There are entire websites dedicated to making fun of how horrible those online sites are.. even the ones that supposedly contract through local shops.
People submit photos that are nearly unbelievable.

Local florist
This. All day.
I did FTD once and I'll never do it again.

when I have ordered through FTD or someone like that, they have just typically sent the specs to a local florist and had them make and deliver the arrangement....
I would personally just contact someone local and see what they can do...

Local. A friend who works in a shop tells me the online services bid or farm out the orders to participating locals via various means. The service takes a cut of your money, so you end up getting less than if you spent the same amount by directly calling the local.
