I don't know anything about therapists in your area but unless we just lucked up, it appears any reputable therapist will work fine. My daughter was diagnosed with Snapping Hip Syndrome and we just used our local smalltown hospital's people.
I think she went for eight weeks and during that time was not allowed to do squats or similar exercises in weight training at school.
That was months ago and now she does whatever she wants with no issues that I know of.
