The better question would be best round you ever shot using usga rules
Not "bumping it", gimmies, lift clean place, 2 off first tee etc
For me it was a 74 at UC and at the time I was a 4 handicap
Also same period. I shot 108 at TPC Sawgrass from the tips after going straight to course from airport
That was a bad idea

A nice course. Easy to score if you keep it out of the woods

76 last weekend at Longwood in Cypress but it was only a little over 6300 yards.

Have they fixed the greens and pace of play? Last few times I played there - which was about a year ago - both were brutal. I like the layout generally and it's close to my house but I cannot go back until they fix both of those.

Perfect storm and all of the pieces came together after 3 months of practice. Walked on to a goat ranch along I-20 outside of Tyler, TX. 1st time there, and had two locals guide me around the course. Birdied the first three holes and realized playing golf is so much easier if you simply execute the shot suggested. First and only time to break 80...shot 75

67 Lake Wincrest in Houston. I shot the same score 2 days in a row. I played better when I played Augusta a few weeks after the Masters in 1999, but the coarse was very tough. I shot 79.

Greens were decent, but pace of play is still awful. Especially for having 27 holes.
