Hey guys me and a couple of my friends were planning on traveling to Europe for a month after we graduate college in December and I wanted to ask you guys which cities are the ones to visit while in Europe. We were planning on visiting about 10-15 cities and any opinions of these cities and their landmarks and things to do there would be much appreciated.

Don't go Muslims everywhere! Just playing my mom went a couple of years ago and went to every country in Europe and she loved it. Her 2 favorite countries were Spain and Italy

Avoid the places tourists go and you will enjoy your trip.

Well what are you interested in? Beer? Nightlife? Museums? Ruins? Beach? Nature? What you are interested in can make a difference as to where you want to go. If you just want the traditional Europe visit-London, Rome, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam. Those might not be want you want though. I would recommend Barcelona though if you like to party.

ETA: Just saw the December disclaimer. Scrap the island/coastal beach locations
and put instead Sankt Anton, Österreich or Sella Ronda in the Dolomites for truly unrivaled and world class Alpine skiing

You're welcome

London, Paris, Rome are nice but crowded, expensive and can be difficult to get around. If you go to the bigger cities, stay in the city center, otherwise you waste hours each day just getting to the attractions. IMO, the smaller cities are much more relaxing. Some of my favorites are Florence, Salzburg, Vienna, Heidelberg, Prague and definitely hit up Bergen, Norway.

Oh yeah, Bavaria is a great area as well. Munich, Oberarmagau, Neuschwanstein castle are great.

Are cruises trashy if they are in Europe?

I'll be hitting up these stops next summer:

Oslo, Norway
Tallinn, Estonia
St. Petersburg, Russia
Copenhagen, Denmark
Brussels, Belgium
Helsinki, Finland

I can't wait.

We will spend 3 days before the cruise in England, 2 in London and one busy day taking the chunnel to Paris and back that night.

London is extremely easy to get around. Almost too easy. Oyster Card ftw! Agree on the other two, especially Paris.
