Cox is pretty much it, which isn't a bad thing when you consider the alternatives.

Do the internet packages make a difference? All i'm worried about with the tv is NFL Redzone

Cox is actually not that bad Uptown as long as it's working. It has gone out occasionally, but that's usually because some jackass tore a line down or something. My speeds are usually right around the level I pay for.
