There are four(at least) related breeds under "Belgian Shepherd" - Shepherd(Groenendael), Malinois, Tervuren, and Laekenois. That one is a Malinois.

Read article about this breed, awesome dogs. The SEALs use them, they jump out planes n chit. But seriously, their canines are removed & replaced w/titanium ones, along w/suturing their stomachs to abdominal wall to prevent flipping

Not a terrible idea cinsidering how active they are and how prevelant bloat is with these full size euro breeds.

RIP brave pup. Likely saved many humans lives. Who knows how many LEOs would have been in that room
