It was pretty common knowledge there were lane closures between Slidell and the state line. That's on you for not taking 90/190 past that

I'd rather drive 2 hours out of my way than be sitting there. Get gas somewhere.

You obviously haven't watched the news in a month or been on tigerdroppings. Everyone knows about the construction in Slidell.

That's chicken shite. I was stuck on the basin bridge and did fly afterward, they would have had to pull 20 vehicles over, we had a caravan.

Good thing you're not going all the way to Laffy. It's stopped again just past 415.

It could be worse. You could be stuck with SabiDojo at his 90 degree house listening to him whine about a sprained ankle.

People are dying in some countries man. Small potatoes

Try leaving out of BR around 5 o'clock on a Friday heading east on I-12. Fighting traffic. Then running into dead stop traffic in Mandeville/Covington area. Then hitting traffic again heading across the state line. I can only imagine if I was coming from Lafayette and had to also deal with the 100 wrecks that would have annihilated the Basin Bridge traffic and probably shut down the MS River Bridge entirely.

You would think south LA has a population of 10 million people based on the interstate traffic conditions.
