U.S. 83 that runs from Carrizo Springs to Laredo to the valley makes me extremely nervous at night. I always fuel up before dark so that I don't have to stop at night.

sounds bad arse. Only flew in there a few times to go dove hunting in mexico. Cartels took over that and our company pulled the plug on that. Not like anyone was going anyway. Common sense goes along way as well. Never stop for anyone walking for sure.
