Great. How much EXTRA do the tax payers of East Baton Rouge have to chip in for this?

Absolutely fricking stupid that this thing is being subsidized with taxpayer dollars. Either it makes money (which it apparently does) and they can afford to have it. Or.... It doesn't make money and they don't have it.

Don't give me that "boost to the local economy" crap either. There just isn't a good reason that taxpayers are supporting this event.

Millenials have destroyed country music. It's not even country, it's pop garbage. 3 days of that crap? No thanks.

I'm definitely maxing out my presale limit of tickets if he goes. Those things will be worth some $ in 6 months

I'm sure we'll be going if Garth is going as well.

Anything they get this year will not top George and Reba for true country fans. Garth is about as close as they can get. If they can't get him here, they should just go for a 2 day event.

Blake Shelton and his wife would make a decent show and would attract more younger fans.

Just gonna be hard to top last year's first night show.

It's pretty much the biggest thing in Baton Rouge besides LSU football. Pretty sad.

Thank god LA puts on at least ONE decent music fest. Jazzfest and Voodoo are so corporate with their garbage radio acts.

to Kip. One of the last few Cowboys we have left.

That would be a solid draw, too. Miranda can get it.

All the New Orleans festivals suck cock...They trot out tired dad rock nostalgia acts.

Baton Rouge and New Country are the future!
