JBeam, I didn't here about the Cottages rape? I lived there from 2011-2012 then I was deployed to Afghanistan.
I knew renovations on the Cottages were still going on by never in a million years would I predict a rape. How disturbing.

When The Cottages were building apartments a number of the first residents were reporting home invasions. One of the incidents involved one of the construction workers sneaking thru a window and raping a girl.
The same guy was later caught after the rape of an LSU student on Stanford Ave.
