While technically correct, what you're implying is that there is an epidemic of police officers running around committing murder - these cops being ignorant enough to gun someone down while on camera or with witnesses, and ignorant enough to gun down another black man in this political climate; yet smart enough to make up a bullshite statement that removes them from culpability while in the heat of the moment. That's what you are implying.
